Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. About Mike Ray
Mike Ray was a pilot for a whole lotta years ... what started out in 1962 as a tour with the United States Navy flying the Grumman S2 Tracker wound up being a career with United airlines and ended up in 1999 as a Boeing 747-400 Captain. It was a great life and now that he has been retired from flying, he wants to share his experiences with other airplane lovers.
